Finally had a weekend at home, so I dove into the crawl space to brace the floor. The area of the tank, and the area in the main walkway of the living room. Pretty noticeable difference! I came out and my arms were just black with dirt and grime. Years of accumulated dust and nasty. Blech. So glad that part is done... We also got the speaker wire and Cat6 run for the surround sound. I will probably have to get back under there to re-jack the floor in a couple weeks ...
Well, well, well. What do we have here? An update from PCR? NO WAY! First off: For the record, I really am not impressed with biocubes (at least the 14g one I have.) The back chamber design is really nice for filtration, especially with a refugium light mod. However, if you have regular sized hands, prepare to call for help from a wife from time to time. I don't have huge hands, it is just not a large space! My biggest gripe is about the acrylic however... I'll never operate ...
